WAKE UP! New Classes Added:
Early Morning Yoga starts March 17th:
On Wednesdays, 6:15 - 7:45 a.m., Jennifer Hong will teach
this class -- open to all, but definitely geared toward those with a regular practice.
Gentle Yoga - Now 4 mornings per week: David Wells returns to Yoga Madre on March 15th with a wealth of new information following two
years of traveling and studying in India, Nepal, and Thailand. His class will be held on Mondays & Fridays, 8 - 9 a.m.
Meditation - Wednesday evenings from 8 - 9
Morning Pilates - 10:30 on Wednesdays
Note: Kids Yoga returns Tuesday, March 16.
